The Creed Study

What do we really believe-and why does it matter?

In a time when faith is often reshaped by culture rather than rooted in truth, many find themselves unsure of where to begin. The Apostles' Creed offers a starting point that has anchored the Church for centuries-a clear, historic confession of what it means to follow Jesus. This study invites you to rediscover that foundation. Woven throughout, you'll find Scripture, theological clarity, and practical application as each line of the Creed is unpacked with purpose. You'll explore not only what the Creed says, but why it was written-examining the real challenges and distortions it was designed to guard against-and how it still speaks into our lives today. Rather than treating faith as something to redefine on our own terms, this study calls us back to something deeper: a shared confession that has unified believers across generations.

About the Art

This tapestry brings the Apostles’ Creed to life through fifteen connected scenes. Each panel reflects a line of belief, moving from God as Creator to life everlasting. Rather than reading like a list, the Creed unfolds here as a story—one that begins with God, centers on Jesus, and leads us into eternity. Throughout this study, we’ve used excerpts from this tapestry to visually trace that journey together, letting each image anchor what we’re learning. These images were created to teach the faith visually, helping us not only understand what we believe, but see it—and step into it.
